2. Familiar with lean production, can effectively organize production, improve production efficiency, and reduce production costs;

3. Effective quality control methods, reduce product defect rate, supervise and improve product quality, analyze the causes of mold abnormalities and improve;

4. Can withstand work pressure, be positive and optimistic, and have a sense of innovation!

Job requirements:

1. More than 5 years of working experience in the stamping field of connector factory, more than 5 years of experience in connector and TYPE-C, BTB.
