Job responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the daily work arrangement, training and management of QC personnel in the group; 2. Familiar with each product quality standard, be responsible for presiding over the group meeting, arranging QC work, and telling QC about product quality requirements and prone problems; 3. Responsible for instructing and supervising IPQC’s operations according to the correct method; 4. New personnel education and training; 5. Collect and confirm the abnormal problems reported by QC staff every day. Job requirements:
1. 1 year or more related QC management work experience, familiar with forming and stamping production process; 2. Be able to operate measurement tools proficiently (projector 3 dimensional, 2.5 dimensional, etc.); 3. Have basic office software operations ; 4. Possess certain communication, coordination, organization, and management capabilities, able to analyze, judge, and coordinate to deal with related quality abnormalities; 5. Work conscientiously and responsibly, with strong principles. | ||
