Job responsibilities:

1. According to the production schedule, all resources in the department are scheduled to achieve the scheduled task;

2. During the production process, follow SOP operations to control the defective rate and scrap rate;

3. Implement relevant and manufacturing-related documents during the production process;

4. Continuous improvement of production efficiency;

5. Process quality control to improve quality and stability.

Job requirements:

1. Familiar with the basic operation process of the production department, have ERP system operation experience, and have production site management experience;

2, have more than one year working experience as a team leader;

3. Strong execution and strong resistance to pressure;

4. Personnel skills training.
